Counseling Approach:

I come from a person-centered and compassion-focused approach. I work through a holistic lens, drawing from attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, emotionally focused individual therapy and other evidence based approaches.

Fun Stuff:

Outside of session, I love to spend time in nature with my dog, engage with my community, cook, bake, and play music.
